What do I get with Plus?
Unlimited lessons with no breaks, flashcard review of every word you've learned, streak freezes that save your streak on days you miss (2 each week), and whole courses you can keep offline.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the Plus screen (for example Me › Settings › Nooodle Plus) and tap Restore at the top. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Nooodle Plus. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using the app
Why do I have to wait before the next lesson?
On the free plan, after 4 new lessons in a row there's a 2-hour break. Redoing lessons you've already finished is always free, and your first day has no limit. Nooodle Plus removes the break.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Your progress is backed up automatically. If you reinstall Nooodle on the same iPhone, it comes back when you open the app.
How do offline courses work?
With Plus, go to Me › Settings › Offline courses and switch a course on. Its lessons download to your phone and work without internet.
Your data
To delete your progress, settings and cloud backup, go to Me › Settings › Delete my data. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
